The Museum Association of India invited Professor Ankita Sharma to deliver an expert lecture at its Annual General Conference on Experiential and Ideational Museums. She delivered the lecture on Digital Twins: Negotiating Identity and Translocated Heritage in the Global Age on 1 December 2024 at the Baroda Museum, Vadodara, Gujrat.
