Individual faculty members have been invited speakers or have delivered lectures at several prestigious institutions at the national and international level. As of 2022, 19 conferences have been organized by the School (and its earlier avatar as the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences), including those organized with other departments of IITJ and with other institutes outside IITJ.
