School of Liberal Arts (SoLA), IIT Jodhpur congratulates doctoral scholar Amir Sohel and Dr Farhat Naz, Associate Professor and Head, SoLA for their publication

An article, titled “The Bishnoi: Revisiting Religious Environmentalism and Traditional Forest and Wildlife Management in the Thar Desert,” co-authored by  Amir Sohel and Dr. Farhat Naz, has been published in the journal Arcadia by the Rachel Carson Center for Environment and Society. It is recognized as one of the highly regarded in the field of environmental history and humanities journals, with a H-index of 9.
